4.2 PKR Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the ec7777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to standard PKR transactions; USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the applicable market rate at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your verified name. ec7777 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. 4.5 No Money Laundering. 4.6 Dormant Accounts. 6.2 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous price feeds, or technical malfunctions — ec7777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price or as a result of the malfunction. Where bets are voided under this provision, the original stake in PKR will be returned to the User's account balance.

6.4 Match Integrity. ec7777 takes sports integrity very seriously. Any bet suspected of being placed with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corruption of a sporting event will be voided and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement agencies.

9.3 ec7777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that User's ec7777 account at the time the claim arises.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Where an account is closed for cause, ec7777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, ec7777 may forfeit the balance in full.
11.3 You may request voluntary closure of your ec7777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.
ec7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. 13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism specified in ec7777's licence conditions. The decision of the appointed dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
